Meet Our Dental Team

An Illinois native, Victoria has been in the dental industry for 12 years. She attended the Dental Hygiene Program at Carl Sandburg College. She is passionate about hygiene and loves improving her patient’s lives through their oral health. Her goal is to get to know and treat each patient while keeping them comfortable.

Outside of work, Victoria loves traveling, live music, and being surrounded by the people she loves. She lives with her partner, Jeramie, and their cat. They enjoy spending time restoring their old home.

Tracy Keemle joined our dental family in July 2025, and from day one her warm smile and dedication to patient care have made her an indispensable member of the team. Whether she is helping patients feel at ease or assisting with procedures, Tracy’s attention to detail, professionalism, and compassion make every visit a little brighter.

Her positive energy lights up the office, and she has quickly become a go-to for both our patients and our team.

Connie Parsons is our Office Manager. With more than a decade of experience managing dental practices and several additional years in retail management, she brings a blend of organizational excellence and patient-centered service to the practice. Connie is also a National Certified Medical Assistant, which strengthens her ability to support both our team and our patients with attentive, compassionate care. She is committed to creating a warm, seamless, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Outside of work, Connie is celebrating 13 years of marriage and is the proud mom of two young men, ages 17 and 19. She enjoys cheering at sporting events, spending summers outdoors, and diving into creative crafting projects throughout the winter.

Haylie joined Center for Dentistry and Oral Wellness in February 2026 as a Dental Assistant. She brings a strong background in customer service from her previous experience as a Starbucks supervisor and in retail, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people, stay organized in fast-paced environments, and create welcoming experiences. Creative, outgoing, and personable, Haylie enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting the team with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Outside of work, Haylie loves swimming and being outdoors. She channels her creativity into styling and sewing clothing, and most of all she loves spending time with her fur baby, her favorite adventure buddy and constant companion.
